Technical Team Management (Manpower)

We form dedicated teams according to the level of expertise required by each project. Electricians, automation specialists, installation personnel, cabling teams, field technicians and technical support staff are assigned according to the project. All team movements, shift plans and daily progress reports are managed from a single center. In this way, workforce planning, shift optimization, productivity tracking and occupational safety processes remain transparent and fully under control throughout the project. Team members' certification status, experience levels and special competencies are taken into account to create the most suitable staff structure for the project. In addition, team members are supported to participate in continuous training and development programs, ensuring they adapt to technological developments and stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge. Team performance is regularly evaluated throughout the project and necessary improvements are implemented immediately.
